La Cocina wants to offer a subscription donation option. I'm not sure that C&P allows that. Before we add that page I'd like to know what our options are.

Also, are we still limited in ui with the c&p interface?

Let's prioritize this please @niffin If we can do the subscription I'll need to supply you with flow and visuals, so please let me know asap if c&p offers what we need.

We went ahead with 2 different campaigns in Click&Pledge (one for one-off donations and one for subscriptions) and embedded separate widget for /donate and /donate_monthly. We could investigate further if we could build the entire form ourselves and send it to C&P. There's more information on one of C&P pages: http://manual.clickandpledge.com/Form-as-a-Service.html
