I am unaware of any "all-in-one" solution we can deploy to combat this but given the multiple instances of macroing / AFK fishing we have already seen since launch, it is probably to just make these actions illegal via our server rules.

@mervinvb, if you find any open-source plugins that can address this issue (without negatively impacting server performance) feel free to share them here! Otherwise, a rule change should (hopefully) be enough.
