Redistributability information

The computer needs to know which files are allowed to be redistributed.

What are the allowed values?

• Unlimited redistribution
• No redistribution, link back to original site
• No redistribution, unless the original site is down
• Redistribution allowed if you also ping this URL to increment our download counter (what parameters?)

Do we need exact license information (SPDX), or just redistribution allowed/not allowed?

What about modpack permission?

• The mod can be automatically included in modpacks
• The mod can't be automatically included in modpacks ever, but users can add it to their modpacks themselves
• The mod can be automatically included in modpacks if the user sees the following disclaimer (i.e. Fastcraft)
