User authentication would allow us to validate and streamline process of creating Kaizens. Users would still be able to enter anonymously if desired. Tracking would be easier, as Kaizens would be entered by a validated user, instead of "Dan" one day, "Daniel" another, and "dmatheson" a 3rd day.
