Fix incorrect `inbook` resolution #146

This PR fixes inbook resolution so that invalid inbooks are not accepted and valid incollections are accepted.

seb was changing booktitles to title fields for certain entry types when available which is wrong and inbook entries do require a different title field that is not the title of the book.
