Rename deutsche language directory #38

The language directory for german was labeled deutsche in consideration that one may either change the language specifier or establish german as deutsche to suit native spelling. That said, a comment was made in issue https://github.com/chaddro/EasyPopulate-4.0/issues/32 that it should be named german instead.

At next push, rename the admin/includes/languages/deutsche folder to admin/includes/languages/german.
