After assessment on feasibility and compliance requirements, we will not proceed with: https://sagebionetworks.jira.com/browse/CPO-397

Need to assess what we need to do re: abstracts for the following:

[ ] Pubmed crawler
[ ] Data model (PublicationsView schema)
[ ] Backend tables
[ ] Portal tables
[ ] Portal - nothing should be required, but check if Verena has a pending PR on this in CCKP GH repo. If so, this can be closed as 'won't do'
