24-9 Close-out: Portal syncs should be wrapped up on time for site visit. A lot of the other work from this sprint will roll into the 24-10 sprint. Agree no formal kick off of 24-10 sprint, but keep this async to 'catch up.' Mid sprint check in scheduled for Oct 18.
