Data model updates integration testing

This ticket emerges from work performed in #115 and #116 . Effort expected from Q4 2024 to perform testing of data model updates, table-related updates and new schemas (particularly the CDS-mapped schemas) to ensure these are ready for use.

If everything looks okay, determine needed release to push these live on the prod DCA.

24-11/12: Establish tests to be performed:

• [ ] Study key - how this generates, linkages
• [ ] Confirming linkages - e.g. this dataset links properly. May need to test with queries
• [ ] Table schemas - do these look okay. Includes all tables across the grant projects. We have a script to update these, which should work, but good to check. @Bankso can test submit with dummy data and see which difference exist and if there is anything breaking. Determine if okay to proceed or to revert.
• [ ] New CDS templates? Test
• [ ]
