Incorporate data management info into Synapse projects

Since we plan to continue organizing data in Synapse projects, what if we added some essential info to the wikis:

• Folders wikis could contain links to the metadata model definition, any specific upload/annotation instructions, example manifests, the table containing folder metadata, etc.
• Project wikis could contain a section on annotation/working with DCA or other general info

These could be done programmatically, since the information should be identical or easy to obtain in most cases.

More outlandish things to consider:

• could we embed our data model dictionary in a Synapse wiki?
• could the DCA be embedded somewhere in Synapse (or a Synapse project)?

Body: The data ingress process uses the Data Curator App (DCA), which is a web-based metadata upload application. It allows you as a data contributor to easily annotate, validate and submit your metadata. You can use the app to generate an empty metadata template, or to update existing metadata.
