Alchemy: unused ingredients

The default potions.yml configuration specifies WATER_LILY as a Tier 1 ingredient and RED_MUSHROOM as a Tier 3 ingredient, but no potion can be brewed from them. This can cause confusion ingame because it is listed under ingredients (on further guide pages).

I'll look into this, I believe the potions.yml is automatically generated from a list of ingredients, so they might be used in something. I'll check it out.

I can confirm both of those. I think water lilly might have been used for water breathing once, but does nothing now.
