Modify which foods get a bonus by farmers & fisherman's diet #4413

Can we add the ability to configure which foods get the farmers and fisherman's diet bonuses?

A lot of players eat golden carrots and this is not currently supported by farmers diet.

Golden carrots are supported by Farmer's Diet, but I do agree that it should be configurable. Currently, the supported foods are hardcoded in lines https://github.com/mcMMO-Dev/mcMMO/blob/0d2f370185d8f6a0ce86bb857fa0ed46742950e8/src/main/java/com/gmail/nossr50/listeners/EntityListener.java#L915-L966
