Death Chests are not working #46

Zechi reported when he died with a chest in his inv, he did not drop a chest.

Enabled double chests for all member and higher! DeadMansChests: Added perms for Survival World /mangaddp player deadmanschest.drops /mangaddp player deadmanschest.chest /mangaddp player deadmanschest.loot /mangaddp member deadmanschest.doublechest
