Fixed numerical precision issue when using ECOS for LP. Unlike the R package, ECOS is used for linear programing for speed and backwards compatibility (as opposed to Stata's built-in, which is not available in older versions, or a new dependency like GLPK). However, ECOS can encounter numerical precision issues when used squarely for LP. In these cases, re-scaling the constraint and retrying seems to fix the issue.
