Fix - Martin MAC Axiom Hybrid fixture definition #1590

  1. Gobo references have been added (Closest ones I could find in the library)
  2. Colour wheel has been updated with the default colours shipped with the fixture
  3. Channel presets have been fixed to allow 2D view to work

The gobos are by no means a 1:1 representation of the fixture. If needed, I can create new SVGs.
