QLC+ 4 next compiled release? #1623

The current (compiled) release of QLC+ 4 is version 4.13.2, released in may of this year. Since then 92 commits and a whole lot of PR's were merged.

Isn't time for a new "formal" compiled release? If not: when is the time?

Latest released version is 4.13.1, not 4.13.2. You never ask an open source project for releases.
