Formatted index.html #2

I've added some format to the index.html and changed the path to the dist/iblize.js file, which was .dev-build/iblize.js

hi fontseca, thank you so much for contributing 🙌. actually the index.html file is intended for the development process (preview and testing, manually 😅). but it's a good idea to separate them because it seems a bit ambiguous between demo and development, and you can create a demo.html file instead and do the pull request again 😉.
