The Processing code: changes are ok. I had to change some stuff to make the Arduino code work. Not sure if you can accept just the changes in those files...
The Arduino code: in addition to the code I changed, I think these differences that are being flagged are mostly due to formatting. I hit ctrl+t a lot while I program. Can you open your Arduino code, do the auto-formatting, and push a commit with just those changes??
Then I'll try to submit again and we can see if the differences go down.
