Swipe demo issues - double scroll bar, view lock, swipe broken

My device: HTC one m9, Android 5.0.2, HTC Sense 6, Chrome 44.0.2403.133

I was browsing this page: http://mobileangularui.com/demo/#/swipe

And observed these issues:

Double scroll bars - there is a scroll bar that is always present on the view which overlaps both the top and bottom toolbars. Also, another scroll bar appears that overlaps the omni-present scrollbar when I scroll the content area up or down.

View locks up / broken swipe detection - swiping left or right sometimes locks up the view. I can no longer scroll content up or down or tap any buttons when this occurs. If I visit another browser tab and then return to the demo then up/down scrolling and btn interaction works again but swipe left/right no longer works. If I visit another view and then return to the swipe demo swipes are still no longer detected.

I'm continuing to play with the demo, I reloaded it and tried to replicate my description. The order of events seems to be:

• load view, everything appears normal
• swipe left or right until swipe detection is no longer working
• visit another browser tab.
• return to the demo, another scroll bar is present which spans the entire height of the demo.
• at this point content scrolling works and the content-specific scroll bar appears and overlaps the other scroll bar
• swipes are no longer detected
