Welcome Page:

Header Title + banner picture -> pick components -> apply styles -> add pictures (so far static ones - no lazy loading needed) -> set up desktop and mobile images (2) -> make responsive design, including changing images based on screen size -> no logic, actions ETA 6 hs

Notes: we can use meterial ui display to show images based on screen break
