Make browserscope.org available over HTTPS #357

http://www.browserscope.org/ works. https://www.browserscope.org/ doesn’t.

This means that Browserscope results cannot be shown on pages that use HTTPS
themselves, as the <iframe> would trigger a mixed content warning. Example:

An easy way to do this is to simply enable the free version of Cloudflare for
browserscope.org.

I'm kinda worried though about having a pass-through since Browserscope is so
header-careful but I'm willing to try it and then rollback if something is
amiss (though that's going to be kinda tough to tell if it messes with the
results of a network test for instance).

Steve Souders is actually going to get this done by using Fastly. Will close
when working!

Steve departed Fastly for Speedcurve.. so I'm a little nervous about swapping
over to it now.
I think I could try Cloudflare now, but I'm still nervous about breaking all
the tests which send out requests with very particular headers. But I'll give
it a whirl. Let me know if you notice anything odd in the next few days.
