Fix firmware memory layout #2

Unfortunately, I can't produce a working firmware with these changes. It builds and flashes without problems (via DFU), but the board then - after resetting the jumper and reconnecting - doesn't register as a USB device.

Do you have one of these boards to test it?

Hmm. after updating the latest micropython git version, it now works again. Will merge this PR now.
