Currently you support mcb_toc_depth for showing headers h1 to hn.
There is no clear page title convention in Markdown at present and the only convention I cna find is to use H1 for the page and then everything else below that. To wit, I'd love to display a TOC for headings 2 to hn, Adding a new setting for this would b e nice.
It's also not clear from the Readme how and where to set config variables alas.
