phone button should launch last calls if it was last active

In the default launcher on froyo when you press the phone icon it goes back to 
the tab you were before you last closed the phone app. In ADW and any other 
third Party launcher when you hit the phone icon you'll get to the dialer and 
it ignores where you last where when you closed the phone app.

I hardly ever use the dialer, most of the time I want to call someone who is in 
my last calls list. So everytime I hit the dialer I have to switch to the last 
calls tab first.
There is no way at all to directly get back to the last calls.
