ability to add a second "semibackground" layer between the widgets one and the 
background, with selectable transparency level for placing unclickable widgets 
(simple clocks) or informative widgets (battery/signal) etc

option to have it fixed(does not move changing homescreen) or locked to a 
single homescreen
