homescreen transition #284

i dont know if this has been done already, if it has can someone tell me how to 
do it, but can you guys add the cube & book homescreen transition that launcher 
has?

I found after change the local language from phone's Setting menu,when you 
click the open/close App Drawer to show the all application,the application's 
label not change the display language
