Wallpaper moves #408

Hi,

On my Acer Iconia A700 every wallpaper is jumping in Portrait mode.
It happens mostly while changeing the desktop screens. It happens not in 
Landscape mode.
I also have recorded a short vid to show this:

This wallpaper is one of the stock wallpapers. I also set a picture but there 
happens the same.

Adw Version 1.3.3.9
Android 4.1.1
