"Site disabled · GitHub Pages" when loading attributerouting.net #293

@mccalltd As an alternative to moving the docs back into the README, why not just disable the custom domain setting(s) for GitHub Pages and then edit the repo description to reference the regular non-custom-domain GitHub Pages URL?
