For some reason the math output in gt tables for chapter 7 isn't rendering properly with the GHAs build, even though it renders correctly locally. Specifically, the heterogeneous autoregressive and Toeplitz hypothesized matrices aren't rendering in matrix form, and have a couple random characters above them.
