If you forget to "lorawan configure join" but are otherwise configured, it will half join #79

The result is that the console thinks you're joined, and data flows until you reboot. Then it tries to join again, and the result is that data doesn't flow. If you then lorawan configure join 1, it goes through the join motions, but things seem to be out of sync.
