Catena4410 is improperly derived from FeatherM0 not FeatherM0LoRa #96

Although it works, the current Catena4410 class definition is half derived from CatenaFeatherM0, and half from CatenaFeatherM0LoRa; all should be derived from CatenaFeatherM0LoRa
