Arduino library repositories must be cloned with their canoical directory names #1

Our first tester cloned arduino-lmic as "arduino-lmic-master", and this revealed that there are links internally to the source tree that require that the libraries have expected names. We need to document this requirement.

Now that we have git-boot.sh, this problem is no longer relevant. Now that we have tested all three environments, we can close (1f01e1bdd0a79d5f8894d5006c4156949812c5be)
