Will make a commit by adding the link of How-To-Provision-Your-Catena-Device.md in README.md. Will do it once pull request #106 has been merged.

@terrillmoore and @chwon64 changes have been done for comments in the review. Also updated the sketch with required changes, as Modbus library is updated.
