Excellent. I think we should add the CERN license as part of this. I'll add that to this PR then merge

Also, this repo is much too large. We need one repo per board, so people don't have to wade through irrelevant stuff. I just downloaded and it's already 42 MiB. We need to be more sensitive to our users.
