FSK tx/rx is not reliable with RWC5020A #437

Not yet clear what the problem is. Uplink works sometimes; downlink doesn't seem to work at all.

I tried FSK on EU868 (DR=7) with a Lora Server on RAK7258 gateway. I see some packets on the Lora Server which were tx'ed by the device correctly, but after a few packets the device hangs and does not send any more packets.
