Naming fixes for Platformio #48

@frankleonrose -- I can't figure out why this build is failing, but... it's failing. Looks like there's another place that looks for the old library? Or do we need to add a library.json to the arduio-lmic library, too?

@terrillmoore The test builds a sample app with this repo as a dependency. The test downloads the master branch, which is still broken. As soon as this PR is merged, the test will work.
