DUT13 Testing Log
Serial programming did NOT work at first, but magically fixed itself, suspect windows
Hall effect sensor worked at first, but was left running for 24 hours, and became latched high.
No hypothesis for cause, after removing unnecessary 100k resitor which should not have caused any problems, hall effect sensor began working again. Suspect what actually fixed it was sustained power-off state, rather than removal of resistor. Not sure. Will run 24 hours again to see if it happens again.
On battery power, system draws 0.01A to 0.02A, within spec. SYSPOW shows 7.2V, 0V alternation as expected.
On Engine power, system draws 0.08A, within spec. SYSPOW shows 8.4V to 0V
I do not have the ability to test power swap between battery and engine power; Need fresh batteries for that test. All systems I have the ability to test are functioning as expected.
UPDATE:
Figured out the issue with the hall effect sensor. Cold solder joint. Could literally change the value on it by wiggling the sensor. Cleaned up the joints, wiggling no longer impacts sensor performance.
