Redesign pasting holder, order board shims from Osh #64

Current holder does not fit current layout. This means I have to hand-solder a number of components, and that increases fabrication time significantly

It would be wise to have Osh produce some simple rectangular blank 4-layer PCBs to act as shims with the exact thickness of our boards. These could be integrated into a new pasting holder, especially with rectilinear snap-offs #63
