Carnivores #120

My thought is that they will have two states: wandering and hunting.  When 
wandering they will just move around randomly somehow, and when hunting they 
will chase down an herbivore (or the player) that is near them.  Herbivores 
will run from carnivores that are hunting, but perhaps they won't be quite as 
afraid if they are just wandering.
