Cows on the beach #81

Right now, the cows shake violently when they're on a narrow strip of land. The 
boid logic could probably be a bit smarter about this without too much effort; 
I know we solved a similar problem back in mid.

Is this still a problem with the latest commits?  I made the cows so that they 
don't really care about terrain too much.  Do you have a seed where the problem 
is really obvious?
