Hud Hides custom forge mod from MCreator #130

I am making a mod for myself in MCreator for single player and I have everything working in test but in the loaded game the Better Hud mod makes my overlays disappear. I verified by removing and toggling every mod and found it was this one that caused the visual errors. Is it a priority issue or something else maybe?
