Apple Core not working #78

It doesn't show the golden bars and stuff from Apple Core with this mod sadly.

Because this mod replaces the code for rendering the health and hunger bars, it is incompatible with those features. See #92 for future prospects where Apple Core could add an optional dependency on Better HUD and register their own improved bars as elements.
