Baseline Emoticon Alignment #281

In the FrankerFaceZ extension, there is an option for "Baseline Emoticon Alignment".

Its description is: Align emotes on the text baseline, making messages taller but ensuring emotes don't overlap.

I think this could be a nice option to have in TC, it makes the chat much neater.

Also, thanks for the tiger/zebra striping!
