Mod Commands "inline" like BTTV #460

If you are a mod in the chat, it would be nice to be able to ban / timeout / purge with buttons right next to the chat line

Here is an example. I can ban or timeout right inline image

In an active chat, it takes time to scroll to find a user, then click their name, and then purge/ban.
