Context menu selection multiplies, then disappears forever #73

Encountered an issue where the extension added another instance of the Tab Image Saver context menu (where you select open in single window or multiple tabs). Added about 6 identical choices, though apparently only the top selection would work. I restarted Firefox, and the context menu choice was no longer available, though the extension still showed as installed and active, and I could click on on the TIS icon in the toolbar: image

Uninstalling the extension, rebooting, and reinstaling the extension has no effect on the context menu.

What other information can I provide?

Please excuse my error; I posted this to the wrong extension entirely, my mistake! Sorry for my confusion, and kudos on your great add-on!
