Units support #12

Units as specified from the symbolic math toolbox should be made to just work.

Presumably if no units are specified, we'd still want NEURON's existing defaults to apply; see https://www.neuron.yale.edu/neuron/static/docs/units/unitchart.html

I'm sure that matlab has also updated its Faraday, R, Avogadros to modern (2019) values; for interoperability with reproduction of old models will want to have access to the old values as we do in NEURON
