examples/example_acpot.m has way too strong of a stimulus #43

We should reduce the amplitude and duration of the current clamp in examples/example_acpot.m so that we can see a more physiological ramp up of the action potential. It's currently a good programming example, but not so compelling from the neuroscience side.

When this is done, the image in the readme should be updated as well.
