Ion Channel Genealogy channel info #22

The issue here is "How did we sync the ion channel genealogy?" Once this is looked up in the existing site it needs to be ported to the new.

There was a file called icg_matches.py in the ModelDB folder that was written once in 2016 so it wasn't really sync'd or rather it was sync'd once. Also see issue 21 which has the link to rebuild the data in icg_matches.py

This is done in extract_data/get_icg_mapping.py, first implemented in 2020 in b167a6c9bf903258e9e57a44872b8d646cd13632 which was updated in ee4580642b8e9d5799f663419b0856efdfe6c737 and 56d9fa34eedddb1a5cb05bcf6cf661f0d80bd912 to use the Ion Channel Genealogy API.
