I see those are command line tools , how can I run those codes, I just run like this

but I got a pending like result

just show me that I had connected the service but I got nothing about log

There is annother confusing thing, what's jarvis-emitter? I have readed the code, but I still can't understant how to use it, and what job can it to do?I think Promise or Async is enough to solve process controlling. could you help me ? thanks a lot!
