BNG-SBML file imported from cache rather than fresh import #75

So I noticed that if I import an SMBL model, then I hit File->new and import 
something from SBML/BNG that doesn't have a biochemical network (e.g. an 
SBML-spatial instance with no geometry), the biochemistry from the previous 
model is imported!

I found the problem. Commit d4ad65431f73 should solve the issue.
